Responsibilities:
- Responsible for production of food items in D Café
- To maintain high food quality and maintain kitchen hygiene
- Assist in cleaning the kitchen equipment and utensils to ensure that all equipment is in good condition
Requirements:
- Form 5 or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- 3 – 4 years of western kitchen experience
- Knowledge of food health, safety and hygiene compliance
- Shift work on Sundays and public holidays is required
- Less experience will be considered as Cook
