ERP Implementation Team Lead - Permanent

We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to lead the supply chain workstream for an ERP implementation project (Youyou ERP/YonBIP v3) in a hospital environment. This role will supervise and ensure the quality of configuration, implementation, and deliverables performed by subcontractors. Responsibilities include leading system analysis and design, system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), overseeing data conversion and migration, and managing the system rollout for supply chain modules.

 The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain processes and functions within ERP systems, with prior experience in hospitals or healthcare settings highly preferred. Familiarity with Youyou ERP (YonBIP v3) and experience with Hong Kong Government system documentation standards are advantageous.

Key skills include excellent leadership, team management, and communication abilities, alongside a detail-oriented approach to quality control and project coordination. Candidates should possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field, and have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, including team leadership in ERP projects.
