(Senior) Product Manager (Product Sales), Transaction Banking

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for achieving business goals and the growth of Transaction Banking.
  • Identify the business needs of customers in responsible segment(s), and proactively propose Cash Management solutions to customers, especially in cross-border liquidity management segments.
  • Client portfolio management and revenue realization, including large SOEs and POEs of China, global MNCs and HK local corporates, focusing on regional cash management deals, leveraging cross border cash pooling policies, HKCTC tax incentives and FinTech.
  • Deep understanding of client treasury management needs, and build full access to cash management decision makers and key influencers of the client through active client calling, proposals and pitches presentment.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders such as relationship managers, product managers, operations, IT etc to ensure effective client service on-boarding as well as the growth on usage of bank services.
  • Conduct regular service review to enhance customer's satisfaction.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of product competitiveness.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder or above.
  • 3-5 years' corporate banking experience, with experience on Cash Management products is preferable. Or more than 5 years of relevant experience in IT project management, system development or test management in IT companies, Internet companies or financial institutions.
  • Strong marketing, selling, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Good customer handling and interpersonal skills.
  • Sensitive to current market conditions.
  • Innovative and a good team player.
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, Fluency in Mandarin a must.
  • Business trip may be required.
