Payment Solution Specialist

Job responsibilities:

• Assist in application, integration and maintenance of global payment channels
• Negotiations with payment channels, ensuring alignment with the company’s payment and business development needs;
• Monitor payment success rates and abnormal transactions, collaborate with technical team to resolve channel failures and risk control issues
• Manage the opening, maintenance and relationship management of global bank accounts
• Conduct analysis of global financial market trends and client behavior shifts to provide forward-looking strategic insights
• Monitor evolving financial regulations and assessing impacts on business operations
• Prepare periodic settlement and research reports
• Take up ad-hoc settlement related task for new business

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Law, Economics or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in settlement, compliance or market research in the financial sector
• Familiar with payment business, sound knowledge of global financial markets and regulatory frameworks
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
