A reputable insurance company provides a wide range of financial services. As part of its continued growth and adaptation to market demands, the company is seeking an Accounting Officer focusing accounts payable function.

About the role

As an Accounting Officer, you will play a vital role in conducting accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and assisting with month-end closing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of accounts payable entries with precision and efficiency.
• Responsible for submitting the invoice and ensure accuracy with internal protocols.
• Assisting with the internal audit review and internal control
• Review the expenses report and handle staff reimbursement
• Liaise with various stakeholders for preparing the reconciliation report
• Execute ad hoc tasks as assigned to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the finance team.
  
  Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience.
• Experience with Oracle will be a big advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Open to learning, reliable, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
