The Job
- Client: A Private Property Developer
- Position: Senior Financial Controller / Financial Controller
- Responsibilities: Reporting to the Head of Finance and responsible for managing daily financial operation; financial reporting; month-end closing; Coordinate financial activities with overseas office; budgeting and cash flow forecast; Project finacial analysis; handle ad hoc investment projects
- $100-150K. 5-day. Medical. Bonus
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finanice, Accounting, Business Admin.
- Professional qualification; CPA, ACCA
- 15 years experience in finance and accounting gained with sizeable companies
- Big 4 experience
- Relevant experience in property, construction, finance industry highly preferred
- Good communication skills
- Aggressive with good business acumen.
- Good command of languages
