The Job

• Client: A Private Property Developer
• Position: Senior Financial Controller / Financial Controller
• Responsibilities: Reporting to the Head of Finance and responsible for managing daily financial operation; financial reporting; month-end closing; Coordinate financial activities with overseas office; budgeting and cash flow forecast; Project finacial analysis; handle ad hoc investment projects
• $100-150K. 5-day. Medical. Bonus

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finanice, Accounting, Business Admin.
• Professional qualification; CPA, ACCA
• 15 years experience in finance and accounting gained with sizeable companies
• Big 4 experience
• Relevant experience in property, construction, finance industry highly preferred
• Good communication skills
• Aggressive with good business acumen.
• Good command of languages
