IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to coordinate and oversee the successful execution of projects within the IT and Finance departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in system migration and financial data management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and oversee project tasks to ensure adherence to schedule and requirements.

• Support field operations during system migration, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition.

• Act as the primary contact for the Finance and Accounting Department, facilitating effective communication and quick resolution of issues.

• Manage the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of the master table.

• Develop and oversee training programs and materials to ensure project success.

• Handle ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements :

• University graduate in IT or related disciplines, with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, particularly in IT or Finance.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.

• Proven experience in system migration, training development, and data management.

• Familiarity with financial standards is essential.

• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with the ability to guide the team through complex projects.

• Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of technology.

• Excellent troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve system-related issues.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
