Member Service Assistant - Bowling Centre
Job Responsibilities
Handle counter duties, facilities bookings, course applications and lane patrol duties;
Responsible for general administrative and clerical support
Assist in daily operation and any ad hoc assignments as required
Provide quality services to the members and answer daily enquiries
Assist in leagues / special events
Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by superior/management
Shift duty is required
Job Requirements
DSE or above with 1 year’s working experience in service industry
Good team player, member-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
Hands-on experience in MS Office
Willing to perform shift duty including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
