The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders in the identification of training needs, design and delivery of management and leadership training, and measurement of training effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Training or related disciplines
• 10 years of hands-on experience in organizing, designing and conducting service and management training with at least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Experience in the service / hospitality industry will be a definite plus
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
• Mature, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities with minimum supervision
• Passionate in developing people and promoting continuous learning
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
