Our subsidiary, Goodwill Management Limited (PMC licence (C-874426)) , continuously dedicates to providing excellent and valued-added property management services for our landlords and customers and now invites high caliber candidates for the position of :-

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of property and customer services to provide all-round property management services
  • Maintain good relationship with tenants by rendering prompt services at all times
  • Manage and monitor the performance of contractors, suppliers and service providers
  • Handle complaints and emergency incidents
  • Support the improvement or renovation programs when necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably major in Property Management or other related disciplines
  • Holder of professional qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH, etc.) or eligible to hold the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in management of Grade-A office building, with 4 years’ supervisory experience inclusive
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English
  • Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Property Manager
