Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of property and customer services to provide all-round property management services
- Maintain good relationship with tenants by rendering prompt services at all times
- Manage and monitor the performance of contractors, suppliers and service providers
- Handle complaints and emergency incidents
- Support the improvement or renovation programs when necessary
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably major in Property Management or other related disciplines
- Holder of professional qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH, etc.) or eligible to hold the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in management of Grade-A office building, with 4 years’ supervisory experience inclusive
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English
- Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Property Manager
