What You'll Do:
Architect and develop robust technical solutions for client projects, preparing comprehensive documentation for support and enhancement;
Lead and mentor our technical teams across Front-End, Back-End, and Mobile App development;
Guide projects through the entire SDLC, from planning and analysis to design, testing, and deployment;
Collaborate with Project Managers, UX designers, and development teams to create innovative solutions within timeline and budget constraints;
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to keep DigiSalad at the cutting edge of digital innovation;
Provide technical leadership in client presentations and consultations;
Report directly to the Director on team management and development progress
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related technical field;
5+ years of experience in Web & Mobile Application development with proven technical leadership experience;
Versatile programming expertise across multiple technologies such as PHP Laravel, NodeJS, NestJS, React, Vue.js;
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Docker, CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable;
Knowledge of AI/Machine Learning implementation is a significant plus;
Solid experience in Mobile App development (iOS and Android);
Expertise in designing and implementing scalable infrastructure on AWS Cloud Services;
Experience monitoring security and performance on cloud platforms;
Proven ability to lead teams through the complete software development lifecycle;
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills;
Strong sense of responsibility with a passion for continuous learning;
Previous experience working in digital agencies is preferred
