(Assistant) Marketing Executive - Influencer Program (Spanish Speaking)

Objectives of the Position:

You will assist on the strategic planning and growth of the YesStyle Influencer Program and executing its events for Spanish speaking countries. This person will not only identify new influencers and business growth opportunities, but also manage the social media channels by growing social media presence and audience engagement.

What You'll Do: 

• Identify, acquire and build long-term relationship and partnership with relevant and suitable influencers in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle sectors for Spanish market to achieve the global expansion strategy for the YesStyle Influencer Program
• Study the local market and the competitors to give insight on how to gain a competitive advantage within the market
• Come up with innovative campaign ideas/initiatives to engage and activate influencers to build sustainable growth on influencers’ membership lifetime value
• Responsible for day-to-day operation of social media channels with a results-driven approach, including social media strategy formulation, content development and enquiry follow-up 
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the campaigns and conduct various analysis reports, market research and competitor analysis to formulate strategic initiatives that add value to influencer experience and performance as well as improve operational efficiency
• Coordinate with internal teams to accomplish joint projects

What You Have:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing/PR/Communication or related disciplines
• Min. 2 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing or influencer marketing, preferably in fashion or beauty industry
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Executive
• Hands-on experience with social media management/analytics tools and solid experience in content creation
• Outstanding level of spoken and written Spanish and English. Other language abilities will be an advantage
• Strong communication skills and exceptional capability to build long-term relationship with influencers
• High adaptability with multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong aesthetic sense and keep eyes on the latest fashion and beauty trend
• Proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
• Fast-learning, creative, well-organized and detail-minded
• Social media savvy with prior work experience/strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing 
• Collaborative team player
• Have prior experience working with Influencers based in Europe will be a plus
