Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

•  Manage all financial & accounting operations, including all AR & AP related activities, inter-group balance reconciliation etc.

• Compile full sets of accounts, handle month-end closings, consolidation accounts and create detailed accounting schedules for the group

• Prepare company and group monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Perform annual budgeting, monthly P&L & cashflow forecast

• Coordinate with other departments within the group on accounting matters

• Support system implementation projects, enhancing operational efficiency

• Assist in annual audit and tax return preparation

• Support special project work and prepare ad-hoc reports as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines

• Member of professional accounting bodies

• 4 years experience or above in manufacturing industry or trading business

• Proficient in Excel, Vlookup, Accounting system

• Hand on experience on system implementation

• Detail-oriented, independent, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese

• Travel to China if necessary

Remuneration package:

• 5-day work
