In September 1992, China Resources Group (CR Group) invested Winland Investment Limited, a listed company in Hong Kong, and renamed it as “China Resources Enterprise, Limited (CR Enterprise)”. CR Enterprise was among the first Chinese enterprises to be listed in Hong Kong. During the 14th Five-Year Plan, CR Enterprise will closely focus on "321" business strategy. We will develop and expand 3 existing businesses of Logistic and Warehousing, Commercial Property and coffee, incubate and cultivate 2 new industries of plant-based protein and senior care services, speed up innovation and technology business, supporting Hong Kong to develop itself into an innovation and technology hub.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide daily company secretarial services for Hong Kong and overseas companies, including but not limited to maintaining company statutory records, annual reporting, economic substance reporting, change of directors, etc.;

2. Assisted the department lawyers in dealing with corporate secretarial services related to investment and M&A, such as company registration, equity transfer, reorganization, bankruptcy, liquidation, cancellation, notarization/certification, etc.;

3. Drafting and reviewing board resolutions;

4. Manage the information and data of the company and its affiliated enterprises, maintain and update the system database, and provide statistical data according to work needs;

5. Sort, keep and maintain company secretary and department files;

6. Assisted the department lawyer to deal with other comprehensive affairs.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1.1-3 years of company secretary work experience, holding a company secretary license or listed company experience is preferred;

2.Familiar with English, Cantonese and Mandarin; Ability to draft legal documents in Chinese and English;

3. Strong learning ability, careful work, excellent organization and communication skills;

4. Able to complete work independently, proactively and efficiently.
