Junior Bunker Trader/ Trader Trainee (5-day work) (Both Canton. & Eng. Speaker)

Responsibilities:

• Actively market CPN’s diverse range of marine fuel products, which involves nurturing relationships with broad portfolio of both new and existing business clients to increase sales.
• Effectively communicate with fellow traders to ensure the optimal flow of market and customer intelligence across the company, enabling the capture of emerging opportunities.
• Identify business opportunities and conduct market outreach.
• Occasional travel might be necessary.

Requirements:

• Undergraduates from all disciplines in recognized universities are welcome, on job training is provided. For the candidates without a university degree, experience in business development would also be considered.
• Customer-oriented mindset and good negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Presentable and self-motivated with confidence, strong business acumen with analytical mind and logical thinking.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with colleagues across different regions and departments.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of the market and willingness to work flexible hours as needed to communicate with global markets.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese is essential.
• Outgoing and friendly character is a MUST.
• Able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
