Project Administrative Clerk
Key duties and responsibilities
Assist project team to perform administrative and clerical duties
Provide administrative support to Project Team such as purchase orders and other business correspondences
Liaise and coordinate with vendors, sub-contractors to ensure the projects are delivered with quality and within project work schedule
Prepare project submission, tender cost analysis of projects
Perform ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
HKCEE or HKDSE with minimum 2-3 years of working experience with contractor / in construction industry is preferable
Well organized with good working attitude
Detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Good team player with excellent inter-personal skill
Good command of English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office
