Guest Services Officer (5-Day Work Week)

Taking the job, you are required to:
- Responsible for checking in/out guests and arranging room change if deemed necessary
- Handling guests’ enquiries in a professional manner
- Handling foreign exchange for in-house guests and upselling to promote hotel services and facilities
- Ensuring frontline services in upmost standard and maintaining a good relationship with guests

- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
- Outgoing and pleasant personality, customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge of Opera system is an advantage
