Responsibilities

Collaborate with the in-house architectural team, participate in projects in Hong Kong, including hotel, commercial, office, residential and conservation of heritage buildings;
Contribute in architectural design, interior fitting-out coordination and project management works;
Handle government submissions, site supervision and general project coordination works.

Requirements

Degree in Architecture or equivalent;
Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience;
Well-versed with local development controls;
Knowledge of production of architectural drawings, graphics, 3D renderings;
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop;
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
Immediate available is an advantage;
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Architect.
