- We are looking for MARKETING SPECIALIST – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Japanese Sales & Marketing Manager
- Play an important role in formulating and implementing sales & marketing strategies and action plans for a transition of sales model to marketing-driven business model
- Lead the transformation for the process, creating the methodology for the client approach, improving the relationship with clients through the proposal activities and establishing strategic alliances with the end user in education sector and designers in workplace sector.
- Collaborate with sales team in order to give presentations to interior designers and end users.
- Build, maintain and enhance good relationships with interior designers, contractors and architects for business opportunities inclusive of organizing various marketing functions.
- Providing after-sale service to the clients in terms of delivery for new Workplace trend
- Being the representative of the Corporate Furniture brand image and conducting activities for upgrading the brand positioning in HK market.
- Leverage the internal resources across the Asia Pacific area to utilize them in the HK local market.
- Build the systematic workflow with the team for acquiring & consolidating the clients’ needs
- Cooperate with internal designer and marketing team to share the market insight
- Activate dormant customers and provide Workplace proposals to drive business
- 3+ years of experience in a business development, marketing or sales role in related industries or related discipline.
- Experience in the office furniture, interior design or coworking Industry will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the local commercial real estate and workplace design landscape
- Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:00am – 5:30pm)
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 12 days
