-Greets all customers in store with friendly, positive tone and body language

-Upholds our Culture and Values, brand purpose, and show respect during every interaction with associates and customers

-Ensures our stores are welcoming, inclusive and diverse

3. Know Our Product Inside & Out

-Comfortably share our seasonal products, make recommendations by outfitting the customers to help add to their purchase

-Explains the value behind items by sharing with customers the quality details,fit and fabric that differentiate our product

4. Be Accurate and Efficient

-Accurately perform all cashwrap and fitting room functions while maintaining positive engagement with customers
