職責：
- 解答勞工法例的查詢
- 協助求助的工友到勞工處及勞資審裁處等進行勞資糾紛及工傷的申索
- 宣傳及推廣勞工權益
- 須協助工會跟進大型勞資糾紛事件
- 支援部門的日常事務，以及協助委員會推行活動和勞工政策倡議
要求：
- 大專畢業或以上程度，主修社會科學、輔導、心理學為佳
- 具兩年或以上相關工作經驗，有個案輔導服務經驗優先
- 熟悉電腦文書操作，懂單張、海報、網圖製作更佳
- 具良好的中英文書寫和表達能力（包括普通話），兼懂其他族裔語言更佳
- 對社會服務有熱誠，外向，善於與人溝通和協調，細心盡責，具新聞觸覺及良好服務態度
