- Min. 5 yrs experience in property management in which at least 2-3 yrs in supervisory level
- Good interpersonal skills & able to work under pressure
- Responsible for daily operation and management of an estate or a portfolio of private premises
- Being member of HKIH/CIH or equivalent qualification is an advantage
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Property Officer
