JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in managing a team of staffs to deliver high quality customer services
Maintain daily operations with excellent F&B services based on restaurant standards
Greet the guests with taking orders and handling payments
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing an excellent standard of food & beverage in a competent and professional manner
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of restaurant area
Deal with ad hoc duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
at least 5-year relevant experience in F&B industry
Service oriented, self-motivated and a good team player, have strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude on any challenges
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent proficiency in spoken English and Chinese and basic proficiecny in spoken Japanese
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
