AECOM Asia Company Limited has been commissioned by the Civil Engineering and Development Department to undertake the captioned Agreements to supervise the works under the Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Development of ex-Cha Kwo Ling Kaolin Mine Site (Phase 2) and the Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Public Housing Development at Cha Kwo Ling Village, Kowloon East.
艾奕康有限公司已受土木工程拓展署委托，承接上述合约，以监督前茶果岭高岭土矿场发展（第二期）之工地平整及基础设施工程及九龙东茶果岭村公营房屋发展之土地平整及基础建设工程。

Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Development of ex-Cha Kwo Ling Kaolin Mine Site (Phase 2)
The works mainly comprise: (1) site formation; (2) slope works and construction of retaining structures; (3) construction of an at-grade single two-lane carriageway with associated footpaths connecting to the existing Ko Ling Road; (4) off-site junction roadworks; and (5) ancillary works including drainage works, sewerage works, waterworks and landscaping works.
前茶果岭高岭土矿场发展（第二期）之工地平整及基础设施工程
工程主要包括：(1) 进行工地平整；(2) 斜坡工程和建造挡土构筑物；(3) 兴建连接现有高岭道的地面双线不分隔车路及相关行人路；(4) 工地外的路口道路工程；以及 (5) 进行相关附属工程，包括排水、排污、供水和环境美化工程。

Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Public Housing Development at Cha Kwo Ling Village, Kowloon East
The works mainly comprise: (1) site clearance and formation works and construction of associated retaining walls and slopes; (2) construction of a carriageway cum footpaths to connect Ko Ling Road to Cha Kwo Ling Road, and associated road improvement works; and (3) construction of a pedestrian link connecting the new access road to CKLV Development; and (4) ancillary works, including drainage, sewerage, waterworks and landscaping works.
九龙东茶果岭村公营房屋发展之土地平整及基础建设工程
工程主要包括：(1) 进行工地清理和平整及建造相关的护土墙和斜坡；(2) 建造一条行车道连相关行人路，以连接高岭道及拟议前茶果岭高岭土矿场第二期发展项目；以及 (3) 进行相关附属工程，包括排水、排污、供水及路旁绿化工程。

Resident Assistant Clerical Officer  驻地盘助理文书主任 Ref. No: RACO/18948/LSM

Candidates should have:

• Level 2 or equivalent Note 1 or above in five subjects in HKDSEE or equivalent; or
• Level 2 Note 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in HKCEE or equivalent; and
• Chinese word processing speed of 20 word per minute and English word processing speed of 30 word per minute; and
• Knowledge in application of common business software (e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel).

• 在香港中学文凭考试五科考获第2级或同等备注一或以上成绩，或具备同等学历；或
• 在香港中学会考五科考获第2级备注二或E级或以上成绩，或具备同等学历；及
• 具有中文文字处理速度为每分钟20个字，英文文字处理速度为每分钟30个字；及
• 具电脑知识应用常见商业软件(如Microsoft Word 及 Microsoft Excel) 。

The language proficiency requirements of Level 2Note 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE/ HKCEE or equivalent.

 语文能力要求具备香港中学文凭考试或香港中学会考中国语文科和英国语文科第2级成绩备注二或以上，或具备同等学历。

Note 1: “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in the HKDSEE are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects in the HKDSEE.

备注一：香港中学文凭考试应用学习科目(最多计算两科)「达标」成绩，以及其他语言科目E级成绩，会被视为相等于新高中科目第2级成绩。 

Note 2: Grade C and Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 3 and Level 2 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.

备注二：2007年前的香港中学会考中国语文科和英国语文科（课程乙）C级及E级成绩，在行政上会被视为等同2007年或之后香港中学会考中国语文科和英国语文科第3级和第2级成绩。

The candidates should have minimum academic/ professional qualification requirements of the above posts.

Conditions: Appointments will be made on Agreement Terms with AECOM Asia Company Limited in accordance with the prevailing Government’s terms and conditions. Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.

聘用条款: 获取录的申请人，艾奕康有限公司会以合约形式聘请，聘用条款将按受聘时政府采用的编制而定。受聘人之薪酬按资历及经验而定。
