九龍東茶果嶺村公營房屋發展之土地平整及基礎建設工程
 
AECOM Asia Company Limited has been commissioned by the Civil Engineering and Development Department to undertake the captioned Agreements to supervise the works under the Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Development of ex-Cha Kwo Ling Kaolin Mine Site (Phase 2) and the Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Public Housing Development at Cha Kwo Ling Village, Kowloon East.
艾奕康有限公司已受土木工程拓展署委託，承接上述合約，以監督前茶果嶺高嶺土礦場發展（第二期）之工地平整及基礎設施工程及九龍東茶果嶺村公營房屋發展之土地平整及基礎建設工程。

Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Development of ex-Cha Kwo Ling Kaolin Mine Site (Phase 2)
The works mainly comprise: (1) site formation; (2) slope works and construction of retaining structures; (3) construction of an at-grade single two-lane carriageway with associated footpaths connecting to the existing Ko Ling Road; (4) off-site junction roadworks; and (5) ancillary works including drainage works, sewerage works, waterworks and landscaping works.
前茶果嶺高嶺土礦場發展（第二期）之工地平整及基礎設施工程
工程主要包括：(1) 進行工地平整；(2) 斜坡工程和建造擋土構築物；(3) 興建連接現有高嶺道的地面雙線不分隔車路及相關行人路；(4) 工地外的路口道路工程；以及 (5) 進行相關附屬工程，包括排水、排污、供水和環境美化工程。

Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Public Housing Development at Cha Kwo Ling Village, Kowloon East
The works mainly comprise: (1) site clearance and formation works and construction of associated retaining walls and slopes; (2) construction of a carriageway cum footpaths to connect Ko Ling Road to Cha Kwo Ling Road, and associated road improvement works; and (3) construction of a pedestrian link connecting the new access road to CKLV Development; and (4) ancillary works, including drainage, sewerage, waterworks and landscaping works.
九龍東茶果嶺村公營房屋發展之土地平整及基礎建設工程
工程主要包括：(1) 進行工地清理和平整及建造相關的護土牆和斜坡；(2) 建造一條行車道連相關行人路，以連接高嶺道及擬議前茶果嶺高嶺土礦場第二期發展項目；以及 (3) 進行相關附屬工程，包括排水、排污、供水及路旁綠化工程。

Resident Assistant Clerical Officer  駐地盤助理文書主任 Ref. No: RACO/18948/LSM

Candidates should have:

• Level 2 or equivalent Note 1 or above in five subjects in HKDSEE or equivalent; or
• Level 2 Note 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in HKCEE or equivalent; and
• Chinese word processing speed of 20 word per minute and English word processing speed of 30 word per minute; and
• Knowledge in application of common business software (e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel).

• 在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等備註一或以上成績，或具備同等學歷；或
• 在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級備註二或E級或以上成績，或具備同等學歷；及
• 具有中文文字處理速度為每分鐘20個字，英文文字處理速度為每分鐘30個字；及
• 具電腦知識應用常見商業軟件(如Microsoft Word 及 Microsoft Excel) 。

The language proficiency requirements of Level 2Note 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE/ HKCEE or equivalent.

 語文能力要求具備香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績備註二或以上，或具備同等學歷。

Note 1: “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in the HKDSEE are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects in the HKDSEE.

備註一：香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。 

Note 2: Grade C and Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 3 and Level 2 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.

備註二：2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）C級及E級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。

The candidates should have minimum academic/ professional qualification requirements of the above posts.

Conditions: Appointments will be made on Agreement Terms with AECOM Asia Company Limited in accordance with the prevailing Government’s terms and conditions. Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.

聘用條款: 獲取錄的申請人，艾奕康有限公司會以合約形式聘請，聘用條款將按受聘時政府採用的編制而定。受聘人之薪酬按資歷及經驗而定。
