九龍東茶果嶺村公營房屋發展之土地平整及基礎建設工程
 
AECOM Asia Company Limited has been commissioned by the Civil Engineering and Development Department to undertake the captioned Agreements to supervise the works under the Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Development of ex-Cha Kwo Ling Kaolin Mine Site (Phase 2) and the Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Public Housing Development at Cha Kwo Ling Village, Kowloon East.
艾奕康有限公司已受土木工程拓展署委託，承接上述合約，以監督前茶果嶺高嶺土礦場發展（第二期）之工地平整及基礎設施工程及九龍東茶果嶺村公營房屋發展之土地平整及基礎建設工程。

Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Development of ex-Cha Kwo Ling Kaolin Mine Site (Phase 2)
The works mainly comprise: (1) site formation; (2) slope works and construction of retaining structures; (3) construction of an at-grade single two-lane carriageway with associated footpaths connecting to the existing Ko Ling Road; (4) off-site junction roadworks; and (5) ancillary works including drainage works, sewerage works, waterworks and landscaping works.
前茶果嶺高嶺土礦場發展（第二期）之工地平整及基礎設施工程
工程主要包括：(1) 進行工地平整；(2) 斜坡工程和建造擋土構築物；(3) 興建連接現有高嶺道的地面雙線不分隔車路及相關行人路；(4) 工地外的路口道路工程；以及 (5) 進行相關附屬工程，包括排水、排污、供水和環境美化工程。

Site Formation and Infrastructure Works for Public Housing Development at Cha Kwo Ling Village, Kowloon East
The works mainly comprise: (1) site clearance and formation works and construction of associated retaining walls and slopes; (2) construction of a carriageway cum footpaths to connect Ko Ling Road to Cha Kwo Ling Road, and associated road improvement works; and (3) construction of a pedestrian link connecting the new access road to CKLV Development; and (4) ancillary works, including drainage, sewerage, waterworks and landscaping works.
九龍東茶果嶺村公營房屋發展之土地平整及基礎建設工程
工程主要包括：(1) 進行工地清理和平整及建造相關的護土牆和斜坡；(2) 建造一條行車道連相關行人路，以連接高嶺道及擬議前茶果嶺高嶺土礦場第二期發展項目；以及 (3) 進行相關附屬工程，包括排水、排污、供水及路旁綠化工程。

Resident Works Supervisor Class I 駐地盤一級監工 Ref. No: RWSI/18946/LSM

Candidates should have:

• Certificate from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong/ Hong Kong Institute of Construction/ Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education/ technical institute/ technical college/ a Hong Kong polytechnic university/ polytechnic or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; or
• Completed a recognised technician apprenticeship in an appropriate discipline; or
• Successfully completed a recognised craft apprenticeship with two years’ experience as a skilled worker in appropriate discipline; or
• At least 5 years’ experience as a skilled worker in appropriate discipline; and
• At least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience; or
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor Class II or equivalent in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.

• 持有香港建造業議會╱香港建造學院╱香港專業教育學院╱工業學院╱科技學院╱香港理工大學╱理工學院頒發的相關學科證書，或具備同等學歷；或
• 完成一項認可的技術員學徒訓練；或
• 成功完成一項認可的工藝學徒訓練，及具有兩年熟練技工之相關工作經驗；或
• 具有最少五年技術人員之相關工作經驗；及
• 具有最少三年於取得有關學歷後的相關工作經驗；或
• 最少三年在公共工程項目或在“關於顧問公司直接僱用駐地盤人員的管理手冊”第4.5.2章所列出的工程項目中擔任駐地盤二級監工職位的相關工作經驗。

 
 Attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Secondary 3 standard or above.
 取得相等於香港中學三年級或以上的中國語文及英國語文科水平。

The candidates should have minimum academic/ professional qualification requirements of the above posts.

Conditions: Appointments will be made on Agreement Terms with AECOM Asia Company Limited in accordance with the prevailing Government’s terms and conditions. Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
聘用條款: 獲取錄的申請人，艾奕康有限公司會以合約形式聘請，聘用條款將按受聘時政府採用的編制而定。受聘人之薪酬按資歷及經驗而定。
