Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work with multiple outsourced warehouse and transportation teams to maintain a smooth daily operation and process optimization, including HK and bonded area in domestica China
• Leading the co-packing team and managing the entire production plan including packing material control and shipment schedule
• Work close with other functions in Supply Chain and Business Units to achieve goals
• Managing the 3PLs to meet SOP, KPI and the execution according to the Work Instruction
• Frequently communicate with stakeholders and 3PLs to review the performance and drive for the continuous improvements
• Monitor and evaluate 3PLs performance and productivity after the new procedure/logistics model in place
• Coordinate with the team and identify cost saving opportunities
• Handle massive and diversified inventories and warehouse

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 – 10 years working experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics
• Experience in 3PL/warehouse management is a must, prefer in Food & Beverage industry
• Solid understanding on Warehousing/Distribution/Co-packing and Inventory Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure & willing to provide extra step to get the job done
• Experience on using the Oracle, strong on Excel with VBA is an advantage
