Senior Systems Manager – Digital Applications (Customer Experience & Marketing)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to partner with business users and external parties on requirements, solution, users testing and deliverables for digital transformation and uplift of customer experience
• Engage key stakeholders to identify and prioritise digital demand, implement digital strategies and articulate the roadmap to management
• Collaborate with other functional specialists, enterprise architects and technical teams to recommend fit-for-purpose solutions aligning with the enterprise standard and practices
• Drive and formulate IT governance framework and policies according to the best practices as well as statutory and regulatory requirements
• Manage resources planning including manpower, training and talent development of the team
• Perform budgeting planning for the department and other assignments as and when required

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science or a related discipline
• A minimum of 12 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in agile environment, of which 4 years should be at managerial level
• Proven track record in implementing digital transformation in sizable organisations
• Familiar with digital technology architecture such as Microsoft Azure, DevOps, Cloud, Dockers, DevOps, NoSQL, Mobile development (native and hybrid), Big Data, AI / Machine Learning, Blockchain, Low Code Development, etc.
• Business acumen with strong analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of both written and spoken English
