Project Manager (Building)

Responsibilities and Requirements:

- Corporate member of a building related professional institute (e.g. Member of HKIS, HKIA, RICS, CIOB or accepted equivalent);

- Have a minimum of 5 years post professional qualification experience in the building construction, at least 2 years of which shall be responsible for project management of the local building maintenance works;

- Proficient in spoken English and Cantonese and written English and Chinese;

- Administration of builder's works, including control of the subcontractors, management of the subcontractors staff, and supervision of the Group Representatives and Unit Foremen;

- Responsible to follow up with the completion of works accepted by Manager prior to certification of Task Completion by Manager. The status of completion shall be reported in the monthly progress meeting;

- Responsible for the overall the overall coordination of all matters in relation to Excavation Permit including application, excavation works in progress, completion, reinstatement, rectification and reporting, etc.;
