Senior / Merchandising Officer, Business Planning & Support (E-Commerce Operation) - YAICHI

Salary : HKD 20k – 25k

Working Day : 5 Days

Place of Work : Hong Kong Office (Kwun Tong)

Job description :

Provide day-to-day business and operation support to Merchandising Team including product upload, change in price or other product attributes, promotion rule setting in Magento etc.
Arrange product replenishment timely based on historical sales data while minimizing aging inventory.
Perform post sales operation support including order refund, complaint case handling and payment settlement.
Monitor sales performance, profitability and inventory.
Provide management reports in Excel and PowerPoint format to facilitate management decision making.
Drive and Initiate projects from scratch to fulfil business objectives. Work with different internal parties including Merchandising, Marketing, Product, IT and control parties to make things happen.

Requirements :

University graduate in eCommerce, Business, & operation related discipline.
At least 2 - 3 years of experience in eCommerce or related industry.
With Food & Beverage Experience will be advantage.
Able to work in a highly competitive and fast moving environment and under pressure.
Work experience in eCommerce Business Support / Operation preferred.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g. Magento, Salesforce, SAP, Shopify etc).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-minded, strong ownership, sensitive to numbers and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
May have to work overtime and on weekends occasionally to support promotional campaigns.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Merchandising Officer.
