Resident Building Services Engineer
P&T (M&E) Limited invites applications to apply the following site staff positions: RBSE
RESIDENT BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEER (RBSE) (REF:MR)
Degree in B.S./Electrical/Mechanical Discipline from a Hong Kong Polytechnic or equivalent
Minimum 4 years solid experience in the capacity of Resident Building Services Engineer
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in supervision and project administration of large scale Residential projects or equivalent
Be able to work independently and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Familiar with government regulations and code of practice
Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent
Knowledge in BIM, AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and Project
*Less experience will be considered to Senior Building Services Inspector
[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
