Senior Human Resources Officer – HR Projects & HRIS

The Job

• Manage and maintain HR systems and portals such as HRIS, eRecruitment, eLearning and ePMS.
• Ensure data integrity and security within HR systems.
• Provide training and support to system users.
• Liaise and collaborate with vendors, IT and system users to ensure smooth operation of HR systems and integrations between various systems.
• Participate in reviewing and enhancement of HR workflows and processes automation.
• Develop reports, dashboards and data analytics.
• Support other HR projects when necessary.

The Person

• Degree in Computer Studies, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in implementation and support of HRIS and eRecruitment system. Experience in using robotic process automation (RPA) tools is preferred.
• Sound knowledge in Hong Kong employment related ordinances and regulations.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer.
