Senior SEO Specialist

What Will You be Doing

• Lead the development and execution of SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and improve search engine visibility across platforms
• Thorough website audits and keyword research, identifying opportunities for optimization, refinement and growth
• Implement on-page SEO techniques, including meta tags, header optimization and content improvements to enhance user experience
• Oversee the development and execution of off-page SEO initiatives, including backlink strategies and outreach programs
• Monitor, analyze and report website performance metrics to track SEO progress and derive insights for continuous improvement through analytics tools
• Collaborate with in-house content team to ensure optimized content for search engines and user engagement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends to keep the company's strategies relevant and effective.
• Train and mentor team members on SEO techniques and strategies to elevate the overall skillset within the team
• Develop and manage SEO strategies to enhance visibility in targeted markets
• Build and maintain relationships with webmasters and industry influencers to facilitate partnerships that benefit SEO initiatives
• Ensure that curated content improves rankings and resonates with target audience

Who Is Our Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic search growth
• Strong understanding of on-page and off-page optimization strategies
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms
• Experience in technical SEO, including site architecture, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and site speed optimization
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
• Proven ability to stay updated on industry trends and apply them to enhance SEO strategies
• Proven project management and organizational skills
