Job duties:
- Assist users/citizens in understanding and using the kiosk by providing step-by-step guidance
- Customer services experience
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, patience, empathy, product knowledge, technical proficiency, teamwork, flexibility, and a polite, positive attitude

Requirements:
- Any customer service working experience is advantage
- Be polite, patient and willing to learn
- Training course will be provided
