About this role......
Assist in update website content in adherence to standard templates, making necessary adjustments to ensure consistency and meet scheduled deadlines.
Generate monthly summaries and reports on content uploads, providing administrative support through record maintenance and custom report creation for data-driven insights.
Manage and support day to day activities on loyalty program’s set up and operations.
Works effectively and independently with the clients and the third parties on the daily operations and execution of marketing campaigns.
Ongoing relationship management with partners, clients and internal teams.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
You might fit for the role if you have......
Degree in business administration or related discipline with at least 1 year working experience
Background in the field of client focus position, or experience in agency account servicing will be an added advantage
Detail-minded, proactive, can-do attitude, and excellent in analytic and problem-solving skills
Good time management, project management and negotiation skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Fresh graduates are also welcome
Immediately available or short notice is an advantage
