About the Role:
- Handle full set of accounts and all rounded accounting functions
- Prepare and manage monthly cash flow, financial statements and management reports to ensure the compliance to accounting standards and relevant laws and regulations
- Handle queries from external auditor, tax advisors, banks, tax and legal filing
- Prepare cash flow projection
- Perform general office administration duties including office housekeeping, procurement of office supplies, equipment maintenance, suppliers' management, fixed assets management & travel arrangements
- Operations support to Director
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- LCC Level 3
- 10 years of solid working experiences in accounting field
- Proficient in Computer knowledge such as MYOB, MS Words, Excel & Chinese Word processing and other office software tools
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detailed-oriented independent and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Immediate available is preferred
