Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-class guest services to members, VIPs and the public

  • Handle guests reservation and enquiries in a professional manner

  • Build and maintain solid and genuine relationships with our regulars, VIPs or potential VIPs by recognition

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by providing an excellent standard of services in a competent and professional manner

  • Liaise with restaurant manager and necessary internal parties to ensure excellent service delivery

  • Assist in the events planning and coordination, ensuring all logistical details are managed

  • Deal with ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree / diploma in food and beverage, hotel or hospitality management or related disciplines is preferred

  • 1-5 years relevant experience in top-tier Hotel / Club / Lounge (Candidates from top-tier restaurant or hotel will be a definite advantage)

  • 1-2 years event experience is a must

  • Service oriented, self-motivated and a good team player, have strong sense of responsibility

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude

  • Fluent proficiency in spoken English and Chinese

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Guest Services Officer
