Our guests' safety and comfort always come first. Which is why we're seeking a Technician – Plumber for Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong to ensure the Hotel equipment is operated in accordance with Kimpton standards and to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction.

A little taste of your day-to-day 
您的日常工作簡要 

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: 
每一天都是不同的一天，但大致工作内容如下： 

• Handling new hotel projects checking and inspecting wall and ceiling finishings   
  處理新酒店項目,包括供水/排水/水缸/熱水系統,泳池測試及調校等工作 
• Carrying out hotel daily repairing works and preventive maintenance works 
  執行酒店日常內部維修工作及防護性保養工作 
• Housekeeping for all plant rooms  
  清潔機房及工場 
• Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor  
  向工程督導報告 

What we need from you
我們對您的要求 

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Plumbing and Drainage field or equivalent  
  至少2年有關水喉維修工作經驗, 或同等資歷 
• Education F.3 or equivalent 
  中三或同等學歷 
• Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) 
  持有建築業安全訓練證明書（綠卡） 
• Experience in handling hotel opening is preferrable 
  具有處理酒店開業經驗者優先 
• Strong technical hands-on skills 
  優秀的技術執行能力 
• Good communication ability 
  良好的溝通技巧 
• Rotating and night shift is required 
  需要輪班及夜班工作
