Data Centre Operator (Overnight shift is required, 7x24)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily Data Centre operational support, including system health check, batch job processing, report printing and backup tape handling
• Need to work on shift duty for the routine operations and administration of our clients’ network and systems hosted in Data Centre
• Perform 1st level of trouble shooting and reliable and quality backup management
• Perform Infrastructure monitoring and forwarding alerts

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in IT or related disciplines
• At least 1 year relevant working experience
• Basic knowledge on IT and desktop computer;
• Hard-working, punctuality and positive attitude;
• Able to work on-site, 7x24 shift and overnight shift
• Immediately available is preferred

Working Hour:

• Shift duty with 7 x 24 (12 hrs per shift with more day off)
