Bartender - Red Sugar
We are looking for a Bartender - Red Sugar based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!
As a Bartender - Red Sugar, we rely on you to:
- Provide consistent, high-quality beverage and service to guests
- Maintain high level of hygiene and quality standard for the bar according to the hotel guidelines and the requirements of relevant government departments
- Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfaction and expectations
- Clean all glassware, utensils and equipment and maintain the cleanliness of the bar area
- Perform any other duties and special projects assigned by supervisors
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Hotels, Clubhouses, or premium Bars
- Formal training in Hospitality Management would be an advantage
- Working knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, wine and beer
- Understanding of classes of alcohol, different glasses, brand names and garnishments
