Retail Operations Manager
About the role
Lofty Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our stores in the Causeway Bay Wan Chai District. As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our retail locations, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site role.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the overall operations of multiple retail stores, including staffing, inventory management, and budgeting
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of store staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service
- Analyse sales data and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute in-store promotions and events
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Identify and address any operational issues or challenges in a timely manner
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably within the Retail & Consumer Products industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strong focus on continuous improvement
- Proficient in the use of retail management software and data analysis tools
- Demonstrable track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with the local retail landscape and a deep understanding of consumer trends in the Causeway Bay Wan Chai District
