- 負責為精神復元人士提供住宿照顧服務，包括：復元訓練、小組及康樂活動，以及執行宿舍日常運作及事務，須留宿候召及輪班輪休
- 中學畢業或同等程度，具相關工作技能
- 成熟、主動，富良好溝通技巧及團隊合作精神，懂電腦操作
- 持有效保健員註冊證及註冊成為殘疾人士院舍保健員優先
- 獲聘用者須進行「性罪行定罪紀錄查核」以符合殘疾人士院舍條例之要求
