Training Officer
The role:
- Work closely with all departments to develop tailored training programmes, design and deliver of training courses to fulfil the training needs and staff development strategies
- Organize and conduct training to colleagues and assist in developing various trainee programmes
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties for the design of various training and development programmes
- Manage course enrolments, maintain training records and follow up related administration duties
- Responsible for the compilation of reports & conduct data analysis of in-house learning initiatives
- Continuously review, update and improve training course content and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programmes
- Performs ad hoc duties as assigned
Skills and attributes:
- Degree holder in any discipline
- 3 years of training related working experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
