Training Officer

The role:

• Work closely with all departments to develop tailored training programmes, design and deliver of training courses to fulfil the training needs and staff development strategies
• Organize and conduct training to colleagues and assist in developing various trainee programmes
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties for the design of various training and development programmes
• Manage course enrolments, maintain training records and follow up related administration duties
• Responsible for the compilation of reports & conduct data analysis of in-house learning initiatives
• Continuously review, update and improve training course content and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programmes
• Performs ad hoc duties as assigned

Skills and attributes:

• Degree holder in any discipline
• 3 years of training related working experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
