Assistant Manager (PsychoTech Solutions)

Job Duties

1. Strategic Leadership

• Work with the leadership team to define strategic direction and roadmap of the MindForest App
• Lead team execution of strategic initiatives
• Oversee marketing efforts and drive adoption in public and corporate markets

2. Product Development

• Design and develop user journeys, wireframes, and UX/UI layouts
• Work closely with developers to ensure quality delivery
• Manage product development lifecycle and feature prioritization

3. Partnership Building

• Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders (academics/corporates/psychologists)
• Drive research initiatives to build app credibility
• Foster internal collaboration across business units

Your Qualities

Knowledge

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Psychology, Interaction Design, or related field
• 3-5 Years of experience working in HelathTech/ Research/ Digital Health/ Psychology Industary
• Research experience or published papers preferred
• Strong understanding of:
  • Psychological principles and applications
  • Artificial intelligence and machine learning
  • Product development lifecycle
  • Market dynamics in mental health tech
• Business acumen with ability to bridge academic and commercial contexts

Skills & Ability

• Strong product management capabilities with experience in user experience design and roadmap development
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams toward ambitious goals
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships
• Strong project planning and execution capabilities
• Preferred: Basic understanding of full-stack development (Flutter/Firebase/Django/LangChain preferred)
• Preferred: Experience in app marketing, user acquisition strategies, and growth hacking techniques
• Preferred: Understanding of ASO (App Store Optimization) and mobile app analytics
