Senior/Junior Researcher

Responsibilities

1. Engage in the research and development of innovative drugs, focusing on novel targets and mechanisms in drug discovery.
2. Oversee the experimental components of drug development projects, ensuring high-quality and reproducible results.
3. Communicate effectively with Contract Research Organizations (CROs) to implement IND-enabling studies, with an emphasis on manufacturing, formulation, and quality systems.
4. Design and conduct various experiments to evaluate the efficacy and safety of new compounds across a range of therapeutic areas.
5. Analyze data, write research reports.
6. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to drive the progress of research projects.

Qualifications: 

1. Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Mathematics, or other related discipline. Advanced degree in a scientific discipline is preferred (e.g., MS, MPH, PharmD, MD, or PhD)
2. Relevant experience in drug development is preferred, especially in research related to depression, epilepsy, or other neurological diseases.
3. In-depth understanding of novel drug development targeting new receptors, with familiarity in CCK-B receptor antagonists.
4. Strong experimental design and data analysis skills, with the ability to think independently and solve complex problems.
5. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the capacity to lead and mentor team members effectively.
