香港聾人福利促進會於1995年成立本港首間由聽障人士經營的社會企業 — 「聰鳴茶座」，為聽障人士提供多元就業機會，鼓勵他們發揮所長，融入社會。一方面為聽障人士提供在職培訓機會，為他們將來公開就業奠下基礎；另一方面建立「無障礙溝通」的共融環境，聽障員工與顧客可透過手語、身體語言、文字、圖畫等方法溝通，進一步實踐「聾健共融」的理念。
現招聘店務助理
上班時間: 週一至週日 08:00-17:00，逢星期二例休 , 工作時間可議(可返星期六﹑日及公眾假期優先)
每週工作：3-6天
職責：收銀﹑招呼客人、沖調飲品及上餐等
要求: 經驗不拘, 有相關經驗優先(本餐廳屬聽障人士社企, 需具耐性與聽障員工溝通)
工作地點：西貢蕉坑(新蒲崗, 將軍澳及彩虹有小巴到達)
工作類型: 兼職, 長期
薪酬： 每小時 $50.00 (連特別津貼可達$65)(有餐飲工作經驗可商議)
