工作職責:
- 接聽來電，一般接待工作
- 處理客人預約事宜，並安排護理時間
- 解答客戶一般查詢
- 一般文書工作，制作報告, 處理同事出勤
入職要求:
- 具1年客戶服務經驗
- 具美容院服務經驗或懂美容B2B系統者優先
- 有責任感, 禮貌
- 無經驗者均可考慮為客戶服務員
